Support Services
YR Support can often be accessed through NDIS Core Supports funding, depending on a participant's plan and goals. Our 2-hour farm-based sessions promote social connection, independence, community participation, and wellbeing, all delivered by our experienced support team at YR Station
Therapy Services
YR Support can also be accessed through NDIS therapy funding, with sessions delivered by our therapists and social work team. Combining therapy with farm-based experiences, we help participants build confidence, wellbeing, independence, and social skills.
